Privacy Policy

Information we collect

We do not collect, store or sell any personally identifiable information. This site has no user accounts, login requirements or advertising trackers of any kind.

Geolocation

When you tap "Use my location", your browser requests permission to share your GPS coordinates. Those coordinates are sent to our server solely to identify the nearest country and immediately redirect you to that country's emergency numbers page. We do not log, retain or process your coordinates for any other purpose.

Cookies and local storage

We use the browser's cache (via a Service Worker) to store previously visited pages for offline access. No cookies are set for tracking or analytics purposes. No third-party cookies are placed on this site.

Server logs

Our web server retains standard access logs (IP address, requested URL, timestamp, browser type) for a maximum of 30 days for security monitoring and abuse prevention. These logs are not shared with third parties and are automatically deleted after the retention period.

Third-party services

We do not embed third-party advertising, social sharing widgets or analytics scripts that track users across sites. Any external links (e.g. to official government pages) are independent services and we are not responsible for their privacy practices.

Feedback forms

If you submit a number correction via the feedback form on a country page, your submission (including any email address you optionally provide) is used solely to review and process the correction. Email addresses are not used for marketing and are deleted once the submission is resolved.

Children's privacy

This site is a public safety resource accessible to everyone, including children. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we materially change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
